Priority Enrollment in Rainbow Dreams Early Learning Academy is conducted as follows:

• Homeless families, students residing in foster care, military families, and families residing in tribal land.
  Families whose income falls below 200% of the federal poverty level.
• Applicants who are economically at-risk with siblings attending Rainbow Dreams Early Learning Academy, during the school year, and living within a two-mile radius of RDELA
• Applicants who are economically at-risk and living within a two-mile radius of RDELA
• Applicants with siblings attending Rainbow Dreams Early Learning Academy during the school year and living within a two-mile radius of RDELA
• Applicants living within a two-mile radius of RDELA
• Applicants with sibling(s) attending RDELA during the current school year
• Applicants who are economically at-risk and living beyond a two-mile radius of RDELA
• All remaining applicants
• At the conclusion of this process, we will open enrollment to the public by filling any remaining openings on a first-come-first-served basis.

If more students have applied who meet the above criteria than there are spaces available, RDELA will enroll students based on a lottery system established and conducted in
accordance with NRS 386.580 using the same criteria as outlined above for enrollment.
