Priority Enrollment in Rainbow Dreams Early Learning Academy is conducted as follows:

1. Returning students – Students currently enrolled at RDELA who submit their intent to return.
2. Siblings of enrolled students – Siblings of currently enrolled students receive priority placement.
3. Homeless families, students residing in foster care, English-Learners, and families residing on tribal land.
4. Children from households at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line.
5. Children of active-duty military.
6. Applicants living within a two-mile radius of RDELA
7. Children of RDELA staff and board members – Children of full-time employees and governing board members may receive priority admission if spots are open following the above priority placements.
8. General applicants – If seats remain available after priority enrollments, remaining applicants will be placed in the lottery for enrollment in accordance with NRS 386.580.
9. At the conclusion of the lottery process, we will open enrollment to the public by filling in any remaining openings on a first-come-first-served basis

If more students have applied who meet the above criteria than there are spaces available, RDELA will enroll students based on a lottery system established and conducted in accordance with NRS 386.580 using the same criteria as outlined above for enrollment.
