Production & Shipping: Rush shipping accelerates delivery after production is complete, but does not shorten the production timeline itself. Some items may ship separately, depending on availability and production schedules.
No Returns or Exchanges: Because each item is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size, color, or style was ordered, or if a customer changes their mind. Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Defective or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a defective item or an order that does not match what you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with our print partner to resolve the issue.
