At Rainbow Dreams Early Learning Academy, we believe that a quality education is not a privilege—it’s a right. Guided by a commitment to equity and academic excellence, RDELA serves over 300 young scholars in Pre-K and Kindergarten in the heart of Historic Westside Las Vegas. Our campus provides a vibrant, innovative learning environment in a historically underserved community of Clark County and has set a precedent for early learning in the state.

As a Title I charter school, we are not eligible for the same funding that district schools receive. To continue growing and sustaining our pioneering programs, we must find creative ways to support our educators for the exceptional work they do daily. That’s why we are launching our $30K in 30 Days Campaign—a fundraising effort to raise $30,000 in the month of April in support of our teachers.

In the midst of shifting priorities in Washington and ongoing state and federal budget cuts, our educators have remained steadfast in their commitment to our students. They work tirelessly to deliver high-quality instruction, create meaningful experiences, and meet the individual needs of every child—often using their own resources to make it happen.

I am relying on my playmakers to take the same focus, loyalty, and drive that you applied on the field/court in your respective athletic careers, and apply it now to supporting those who are guiding our future leaders. Your generosity and support continue making a difference, and I’m asking you once again to help us champion this next generation.
