Curriculum
Rainbow Dreams Early Learning Academy believes that education should not be limited by a child’s economic circumstances but should embrace the boundless potential of each child's imagination. Our curriculum is designed to stimulate curiosity, encourage exploration, celebrate diversity, and ensure that every student's individuality is respected and nurtured. Instruction at Rainbow Dreams Early Learning Academy is based on the Clark County School District’s Nevada Academic Content Standards and The Nevada Academic Content Standard.
Dream Care
Dream Care is designed to support educational enrichment experiences in a non-traditional classroom setting. During a child’s time in Dream Care, parents can be assured that their child is in a safe, fun, and meaningful learning environment after traditional school hours have ended. Participants will engage in, a variety of activities including indoor/outdoor, individual, and small group games, arts & crafts, and academic enrichment sessions designed to encourage their development socially and academically.

A highly qualified teaching staff is an essential element of a successful educational institution, as they are instrumental in nurturing the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of students and preparing them for future success. Highly qualified teachers typically encompass a blend of educational attainment, subject expertise, teaching experience, professional development, openness to innovation, and a commitment to excellence in education. More than 75% of our educators hold advanced degrees in education specific fields.
Healthy Meals & Snacks
Rainbow Dreams participates in the federal Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act and provides meals and snacks free of charge to all our scholars. The goal of the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act is to help reduce America's childhood obesity epidemic and reduce health risks for America's children by helping schools across the country produce balanced meals so children had access to healthy foods during the school day.

At RDELA we like to celebrate and publicly recognize scholars' achievements. Acknowledging their hard work and effort with awards and recognition not only boosts their self-confidence but also encourages our scholars to continue striving for excellence. Our recognition program is an effective way to show appreciation for their dedication and builds a stronger sense of engagement and motivation within the RDELA community.
Enrichment Programs
School specials include introduction to computers, cultural dance, introduction to Spanish, and sign language. Summer enrichment sessions and after school academic support programs are also available to students.
